Why Cervo Wanderlust?

We are Tony and Teresa Cervo, and Cervo Wanderlust is our place for saving and sharing our travels.

In 2024, we started pulling back from social media. What we didn't anticipate was the flood of friends and family telling us how much they will miss our adventures. While traveling, we would do photo dumps at the end of each day, with a write-up of what we did that day. It was primarily a way for us to journal our trip and have a place to refer back to when we wanted to remember the name of a restaurant, find a particular photo, etc. Turns out many of our friends and family members were following along with our journeys.

What to Expect

Like we did on social media, this site will be a place for us to save our photos and travel stories. We'll also include the occasional article with tips and/or lessons learned, product reviews (we don't currently have any sponsorships or affiliate programs, but if that ever changes, it will be made very clear at the top of each review), etc.

Meet Tony

Tony is a retired computer programmer who worked for decades at a school district in Northern California, after a successful stint at a startup during the first dotcom boom. He loves to travel (obviously), but loves food even more. In fact, he believes one of the best things about traveling is the food!

Tony also loves photography, and is often found with a camera around his neck. Street photos, landscapes, and even concert photos - he loves them all.
